Who is The Wandering Waterhole?
The Wandering Waterhole is a mobile bar offering two unique horse float bars. 1 being "Christine" the other "Dusty Dan". Like they say "No two bars are the same" and this is definitely the case with these two.
Who supplies the Alcohol?
Great question, and the simple answer is YOU!
Due to rules, regulations, licensing so on and so forth we do not supply alcohol, we are a BYO alcohol service which is great news for you because it means you can choose your desired alcoholic drinks and not be sprung with ridiculous mark ups.
Does The Wandering Waterhole serve Tap beers?
Christine, no! Dusty Dan, yes!
Table Service, yay or neighhh?
Usually no, we prefer to serve directly from the bars. This encourages your guest to leave their tables and mingle with one another around the bar while we serve them a drink. Our staff will walk around and pick up empty glasses and bottles throughout your event.
Where are you based, you will travel right?
We will go wherever the wind blows or what you’re willing to pay. We love a good road trip. We are based on the Central Coast, NSW but being a mobile bar we are not limited to our location. Our packages include an 80km return trip from postcode 2250 unless stated otherwise. We use google maps to calculate the traveling kms, depending on your location an additional fee may occur. Please contact us to discuss.
Does The Wandering Waterhole need power?
With power comes refrigeration and ambient lighting, we do offer two options - plug in or off grid. Plug in option - Our ‘Christine’ requires a 240 volt outlet; preferably dedicated, we don’t fancy knocking out all the lights and music when serving your guests.
Do we have Public Liability?
Yes, we do! No one fancy’s a law suit on their hands.

Firstly, we hear its good luck!
But unfortunately The Wandering Waterhole does not provide refunds in the case of bad weather. We are ready to party rain, hail or shine. In the event of rain, it is your responsibility to arrange us an undercover area to serve from. In the event of bad weather on your day, we will chat about different options for service.
